Bug Reporting: Help Shape the Tool You Use

· Community

Found something that doesn't work right? The built-in bug reporter makes it easy to let the developers know.

No software is perfect, and user-reported issues are invaluable for maintaining quality. The built-in bug reporting tool makes it easy to flag problems without leaving the dashboard.

When you encounter an issue, click the bug report option in the navigation. Describe what happened, what you expected, and what you were doing when the problem occurred. The report automatically captures the page you were on.

Bug reports are tracked with statuses—open, in progress, resolved, or closed. This gives you visibility into whether your report is being addressed. Admin notes provide context on the fix or workaround.

The reporting system is intentionally low-friction. No need to open a separate support portal, write an email, or file a ticket in an external system. See a problem, report it, and move on.

For the development team, these reports prioritize fixes based on actual user impact. Features that appear in multiple bug reports get attention first, ensuring the most pressing issues are resolved quickly.
