Preparing Your Media Kit for Sponsor Outreach

· Sponsorship Tips

A professional media kit elevates your sponsorship pitches. Here's what to include and how analytics help.

A media kit is your resume for sponsorships. It tells potential sponsors who you are, what you offer, and why they should partner with you.

Start with the basics: your channel name, primary platform, average viewer count, peak viewership, streaming schedule, and content genre. This gives sponsors a snapshot of your reach.

Add your overlay screenshots. Showing that you have a professional, automated sponsor display immediately sets you apart from streamers who are winging it. Include screenshots of the overlay in action, the dashboard, and the analytics.

Incorporate impression data from your analytics dashboard. Historical data showing consistent sponsor visibility is compelling evidence. Export CSVs and create simple charts showing impressions per stream or per month.

Include your rate card (use the rate calculator to determine fair pricing). Present different sponsorship tiers with corresponding visibility levels and pricing.

Finish with testimonials from existing sponsors if you have them. A quote from a current partner saying "Working with [your channel] has been professional and results-driven" carries enormous weight with prospects.
