Privacy and Terms: What We Collect and Why
· Getting Started
Transparency about data practices builds trust. Here's a plain-language overview of privacy and terms.
Understanding what data a platform collects and how it's used shouldn't require a law degree. Here's the straightforward version.
Account data includes your name, email, and password (hashed, never stored in plain text). This is the minimum needed to create and secure your account.
Sponsor data—logos, names, positions, and settings—is stored to power your overlay. This data belongs to you and is only used to render your overlay and provide analytics.
Impression data tracks how many times logos are displayed during your streams. This data powers your analytics dashboard and CSV exports.
Payment processing is handled by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. Credit card numbers are never stored on our servers—they go directly to Stripe.
We don't sell your data. We don't share it with advertisers. The privacy policy and terms of service are available on the platform for full legal detail, but the summary is: your data is used to provide the service you signed up for, and nothing else.
